Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10.Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11.Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, well let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12.House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservations nightly rate. Please notice that the pool and kiddie pool are not heated, and the kiddie pool jets are not usable. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Security Cameras one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars.
