As this is an outdoor pool, its normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is uncleanrest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. RSBM House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus the penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
