The garage has been converted into an amazing cinema room to enjoy with friends and family. access neighborhood Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local H-E-B just 1 mile away! Here you can also find some really cool places -Walmart (3.9 miles away) (10 minutes away) -Pizza Hut (2.2 miles away) (7 minutes away) -Domino's Pizza (1.4 miles away) (4 minutes away) -CVS Pharmacy (1 mile away) (4 minutes away) notes one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS - Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. - PEST CONTROL - This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. Please note our fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. Please refrain from any use of it. Our storage is in the backyard of the house, we might need to go there once every other day but we will let you know beforehand. houseRules 00 p.m. onwards. 2.Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3.We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4.Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5.No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6.We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7.All cars must be parked in the propertys garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8.No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9.Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10.Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11.Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, well let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12.House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservations nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13.Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14.Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus the penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
