Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws during their stay. Any evidence of violence, theft, invasion, harassment, drugs, or damage to hosts, guests, neighbours or property will be reported to the police and prosecutor's office. 13. Download the Airbnb mobile app as it is the most effective way to communicate with your host. You must report any defect, damage or non-conformity with the service within 12 hours of becoming aware. This will automatically grant permission to the host or any attendee to enter the property and correct it, upon notice to the guest. 14. You understand that you are a temporary guest and that once your reservation is over, you must leave the space. 15. Please note that your feedback to the host matters a lot, so it will subject to dispute if it makes any false statement without informing the host.
