This beautifully appointed home offers three spacious bedrooms plus a cozy bunk nook, and 3.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or friends looking to spread out and unwind. The m...ain level features a king suite bedroom with a private ensuite bath offering a soaking tub and double vanity for added comfort and convenience. The lower level includes two separate queen ensuites. The first has a traditional, private ensuite, and the second one is thoughtfully designed with both private bedroom access and a hall entrance, conveniently serving guests staying in the bunk nook. From the moment you arrive, the circular drive provides easy access and a warm welcome. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed interior with quality furnishings, creating a refined yet comfortable atmosphere throughout the home. Take in the stunning views from the upper or lower-level deck spaces or relax in the hot tub after a day of adventure. The outdoor living area is perfect for gathering, complete with a woodburning fireplace, outdoor seating, and a propane grill for memorable evenings enjoying the cool mountain air. Inside, the main living room invites you to cozy up by the gas log fireplace, while the lower level living area is designed for entertainment with a large TV and two plush couches, it's the perfect spot for movie nights or game-day gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, including a Keurig coffee machine to start your mornings right. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or reconnect, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury and mountain charm for your next getaway. While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.) Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Please note that the owners of this home have a digital doorbell at the home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are location inside nor face inward or toward guest gathering areas. - Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
